Festivals in Brighton

Since Regency times, Brighton has been a pleasure ground for visitors, with a wealth of attractions full of charm, style and eccentricity.  It’s home to a diverse selection of festivals throughout the year, from early music to car rallies.

With an annual calendar filled with events, hardly a month passes without the launch of another festival: The Brighton Festival, Gay Pride, Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival and the Brighton Fringe Festival - there’s something for everyone!

Brighton Festival Fringe May 6-28, 2006

The Brighton Festival Fringe is the biggest open access, mixed arts festival in England and the 2nd largest on the world!  It’s open to anyone who can put on a Fringe event and submit the registration form and fee.

Each year the variety of events increases. This year will see 33 classical music concerts, 26 comedy acts, 16 dance performances,   128 music gigs, the spectacular Fringe Festival May Ball and much, much more!

BrightonGrid is an offical partner with the Brighton Festival Fringe and have got all the venues on our site for you to plan your Day-out. A list of the pre-build Fringe activities can be found on VisitGrid as a pre-build list or you can use the Brighton Festival Fringe website to look at the events and find out where they are using our MyGrid facility.

Every aspect of artistic life is represented here!  If you hold an arts event of any kind in the Brighton area during the month of May you too can be a part of it. Buy your tickets online at www.brightonfestivalfringe.org.uk/
